Cervello Chat enables the creation of service queues that direct users to attendants specialized in their needs. This organization in service queues also allows you to direct the user to an attendant who speaks your language.
In this module of Cervello the user interacts with our robot, Alex, thus performing its self-service to several demands, avoiding the need for human intervention (analysts) for simpler activities.

SLM The Cervello Service Level Agreement (Management) controls for each so-called two possible SLAs, the Attention SLA, and the Solution SLA. The first seeks to measure the time elapsed between the creation of the call and the moment when it began the service of it; the second, seeks to measure the time elapsed between the creation of the call and the moment that was given the solution, even if palliative, to the ticket.
